Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is operated by HERITAGE HEAVEN HOME TEXTILES & DECOR LIMITED (Ontario Corporation No. 1001765760), operating as Heritage Heaven, with its registered office at 895 Don Mills Road, Suite 900, North York, Ontario M3C 1W3, Canada. We follow the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you email, call or use our contact form, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number and information about your room or order.
• Orders and customer records. With your consent, we keep records such as previous purchases, bedding sizes, curtain measurements, preferred colours, delivery details and custom-order specifications, so repeat and matching orders are accurate.
• Website use. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not store the messages you write. The contact form simply opens your own email app with your message addressed to us.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and order summaries, fulfil and deliver orders, provide after-sales support and, if you agree, tell you about new collections or offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the service providers who help us complete your order — for example a tailoring partner for a custom order, a courier for delivery, or a payment provider. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Keeping it safe

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable safeguards.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at info@heritageheaventextiles.ca or +1 (437) 559-2990.
